Technical features:

They are entirely built in galvanized steel with the SENDZIMIR process (hot galvanizing process of the sheets) at the origin, ie before being machined, to offer the maximum level of protection of the access compartments.

Fraying:

Inside the vertical uprights a steel round is inserted passing through all the ovalines. This system, in addition to making it impossible to remove them, makes it possible to avoid welding points, for a more elegant aesthetic result.

Snatch:

The doors are equipped with lateral tear-proof rostri to guarantee the maximum resistance against burglary in case of aggression to the hinges that are electrically welded to the frame, anti-thread type with ball bearing and brass pin.

Frame:

Made with a 20/10 steel profile and made according to the structural needs of the compartments.

Locks:

Closing by means of a cremone bolt with key lock that activate 12mm vertical bars or, on request, triple lock with double bit keys. Bolts on the secondary door.

Painting:

- Sandblasting pre-treatment (which allows to eliminate calamine, oils, various metal slag, possible oxidation on pre-galvanized profiles, rust etc ..., which can compromise adherence, resistance and technical quality over time - visible paint applied).

- Application of powder paint (polyester, polyurethane) according to the colors indicated by you, baking in oven 180-200 ° C.

Upon request it is possible to make curved, sliding, motorized shutters.

With a special device, it is possible to build your own shutter with a security grille combined with the same frame, designed to provide maximum protection even with open shutters.

The grates can be made on specific request and design of the customer.
